Day 01: Arrival at Leh
Our tour executive will receive you upon your arrival at Leh Airport. You’ll be guided to the hotel and after a check-in, you’ll be taken to some popular places of Leh. Post lunch, you’ll visit the Leh Market, Leh Palace, Hall of Fame and Shanti Stupa. In the evening, you’ll return to the hotel for night stay.
Day 02: Leh - Shey - Hemis - Thiksey - Leh
The second day of the trip will start with a delightful breakfast. Soon after, you’ll head to Ladakh to see some famous monasteries of the locality. The Shey Monastery, or summer Palace of the Kings of Ladakh, houses the largest golden statue of Buddha. Next, you’ll visit the wealthiest monastery of Hemis in Ladakh. Ladakhis from all over the country flock here in summers to participate and watch the famous plays. The 12-storied monastery of Thiksey, situated on the most prominent position of Ladakh in an island mountain, is a sight to enthrall. This will be followed by a return to the hotel for dinner and restful sleep.
Day 03: Leh - Nubra Valley
Post breakfast, you’ll explore one of the most fascinating sites of Leh - Nubra Valley. The journey to the valley will see you crossing through the Khardung La, the highest motor-able road in the world. Accommodation will be arranged in a hotel in Diskit village of the valley. Major attractions include Hunder Village and camel safari in the sand dunes between Diskit and Hunder villages. Night stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Nubra Valley - Leh
After having a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit the well-known Diskit monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley. Henceforth, you’ll leave for Leh. Upon arrival, a check-in at the hotel will be made for overnight stay.
Day 05: Leh Departure
Enjoy the wholesome breakfast served to you at the hotel. Thereafter, pack your luggage and be dropped at the airport to travel to your respective destinations.
