Day 01: Arrival at Srinagar
When you arrive at Srinagar Airport, you’ll be greeted by our travel executive and accompanied to the hotel. A short sightseeing trip will follow a quick check-in. The first halt will be the famous Dal Lake, also known as the Venice of India, where a wondrous Shikara ride can be enjoyed. You’ll then be dropped at the local crafts market, where you can explore and pick up fine carved handmade articles from Paper Mache and wood of a walnut. Dinner and night stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02: Srinagar
The day will be spent in the laps of nature as you’ll be visiting some popular tourist places. Shalimar Garden, Nishat Bagh, Chasme Shahi and Pari Mahal are the most popular attractions. On your return, you’ll visit the local handicrafts emporium for hand-knitted specialty silken carpets, shawls, and jewelry ornaments. After having a flavorsome lunch in the restaurant, you’ll visit the famous Shankaracharya Temple. At the end of the day, you’ll be driven back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar
Early in the morning after breakfast, you’ll journey to Sonamarg for a day trip. Here, you’ll visit Nilagrad, where locals take a dip in the Sindh River on Sunday, as the water is believed to be handy skin problems. The next stop will be Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar will be in the evening.
Day 04: Srinagar - Pahalgam
On day four of the tour, you’ll travel to Pahalgam - the Valley of Shepherds. En-route, a short break will be made at the well-known Awantipura ruins, built in the 9th century, and Mattan Temple Complex. Arrival at Pahalgam will be by noon. A check-in will be followed by a visit to River Lidder. Pahalgam is famous for its trekking routes and golf courses. After a thrilling experience, you’ll come back to the hotel for night stay.
Day 05: Pahalgam - Gulmarg
Post morning meal, you’ll leave for the Meadow of Flowers – Gulmarg. The hill station is famous as a popular skiing destination and world’s highest eighteen hole golf course. When you reach, make a check-in at the hotel and head on to explore the scenic beauty of Gulmarg. Here, you’ll be visiting Kongdori or Gondola Lifts. If time permits, you can also visit the Church and the Golf Club. After having dinner, return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 06: Gulmarg - Srinagar Departure
After a sumptuous breakfast, you’ll be driven to Srinagar and transferred to the airport to catch a flight for onward journey.
